Carl, Nuremberg, one of the leading international trade publishers for the brewing and
beverage sectors, is the Academy for Brewing Technology in Wuhan. The Academy has been
training brewing specialists since 1988 in close cooperation with the Ministry for Light
Industry in the Peoples' Republic of China, Hanns-Seidel-Foundation of Munich and the
Bavarian Ministry of Economics.
